RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
Returns must be initiated within 1 week of receiving the product by contacting us via email at Kirshacreations@gmail.com. A product is only eligible for a return if it is damaged on delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Only defective or damaged items may be exchanged. If the required size is not available, we will exchange it for another style of your choice or refund you the total amount minus shipping. We do not accept returns on custom made or made to measure pieces. If the size ordered is required to be changed for a different size, we will provide alterations at no extra cost but the item cannot be exchanged for a new piece.
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning/exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 day of placing order. In such cases refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.
SHIPPING INFO
At the moment, orders are shipped out within 4-9 working days. Items are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
Shipping of custom orders and other made-to-measure items will be specified while placing the order
Once shipped, orders take 2-7 working days to be delivered within India.
Shipping Status
